Anyone here took took TRT when they were young? What could the downsides be for me? Hair loss? Testicular Cancer?
    >>

I became trans after using trt
    >>
    >>77591569
Why do you need TRT? Are you low test? Anyway yeah, hair loss, cardiovascular issues, infertility etc are all possible. It depends on your genetics. Some people don't get sides, some get a lot.

i got mad at doctors for not putting me on trt at like 22. in hindsight it was probably the best decision. if youre on trt for like a decade you really run the chance of just being permanently infertile. trt at 19 isnt going to solve any of your problems and it will make you bald mega fast. you are probably one of those guys that has slightly lower than average test which makes going on trt a retarded decision.
people say its "life changing" or whatever but it really isnt.

While I agree in general, I just want to correct one thing: TRT cannot make you permanently infertile. The medical consensus is that your fertility will eventually return unless you have some other issues. I roided for 8 years, 5 of those on permanent blast and cruise, and my fertility never fully went away. I got my wife pregnant once on test, though the pregnancy didn't last. I got her pregnant again a year later after going clean. I've had tests done and my sperm count went from 38 million on testosterone to 192 million off.

for most men it comes back. for some unlucky ones they never regain fertility.

if you are one of the unlucky ones its going to be a very rough hand to be dealt if you want kids but cant because you decided to go on trt at 19 lmao.
    >>
imagine taking testosterone replacement at your physical peak

you better have hipogonadism, else you got no excuse

    >for some unlucky ones they never regain fertility.
generally this is the product of 19 nors, high doses, long cycles, or all of the above
    >>
    >>77591788
Not really I did plenty of deca and tren and I had no problems.
    >>
    >>77591788
well "trt" between ages 19 and 30 is quite long, and the dose can be quite high. the clinics dont stop you from just riding like 1500 ng/dl levels nonstop. theyre very generous about it.

its just something a dumbass 19 year old should keep in mind. there may come a day when hes 30 and meets the love of his life and cant have kids because of his shortsighted decisions. its not necessarily likely but it isnt impossible for sure. life ruining event just to be on test for awhile. you know what i mean?
    >>
I’m 42 and have thought about it. I already have kids so idgaf about fertility but AI said my balls would shrink and women love my massive balls so it’s a no go
    >>
    >>77591837
    >my balls would shrink
no they wont just use tiny dose hcg alongside the trt
    >>
    >>77591837
My balls never shrank on test, but who cares?
    >>
anyone on trt who travels internationally?
how is it with customs etc?
    >>
    >>77591886
Yeah it said I could use that but it also said that hcg can cause high estrogen so no thanks
    >>
    >>77591933
    That's nonsense.
    >>
    >>77591933
    Then take estrogen blockers.
    >>
    >>77592067
    rarely needed btw
    >>
    >>77591897
a friend of mine on trt said you just check it in and no one cares. he had no issue going to japan
    >>
    >>77592268
thanks, thats a reassuring data point
travel/customs is the only thing stopping me from starting since im a full time digital nomad
