    Hello /fit/,

I’m in dire need of advice.
    Specs:
    >196cm/6'5 tall
    >24 years young
    >work at dog food warehouse
    >23% bf, idk really I never it measured before

I used to train frequently, at my best could squat 315x5 and overhead press 1pl for reps.

I work a warehouse job right now, so I walk a minimum of 15,000 steps everyday four days a week. Too tired to train after, I grew up fat and lost a lot of weight but I'm still not where I want to be. I do a lot of lifting at my warehouse job, but almost everyone at my warehouse job is fat or skinny fat. Could I get shredded just by working in a warehouse on a caloric deficit w/o lifting as long as I hit my macros? Thanks for the advice brahs.
    >>
Look up a spoon of acv diluted in a glass of water befor a meal. Use a straw or rinse your teach with a clean water not to ruin your teeth. It will lower your clucose spike and will make you feel more satiated, as your stomach will be better at absorbing vital vitamims.
    Look up berberine.
Look up d3+cofactors lile k2, magnesium. D3 is a litera myostatin inhobitor and activates fat burning.
Look up magnesium. Not sure how it works for fat burbing, but there are srudies where people lost some fat just from supplementing it.
Try to eat veggies before protein, and protein before carbs.
Avoid seed pils and emulcifiers. Lecithin is fine.
Look up infra red light. If you you don't see a sun because of your job, you will be fat guaranteed.
    >>
Oh, and look up nitric oxide and why you should never use a mouthwash. Xylitol is fine tho.
Amd avoid junkfood like a plague.

    >I get shredded just by working in a warehouse on a caloric deficit w/o lifting as long as I hit my macros?
No. Its impossible to lose fat unless you lift weights and getting 1 gram protein per lb of body weight.
    Impossible.

    Stupid fucking nigger.

Second though, look up how to use your soleus muscle when sitting. Especially after a high carb meal to burn that sugar.
    >>
    >>77590352
    >shredded
Realistically you won't get shredded just working your warehouse job and eating a bit less. You should be able to lose some fat though to get down to 15-18%.
Also you will never reach ottermode. But so what, you can be a better version than whatever you currently are.

Otters like swimming right ? Most people with otter mode bodies are generally swimmers

    Take a hint
    >>
    >>77591399
hmm, so just swim/more cardio and eat less right?
    >>
    >>77591408
Low bodyfat, lean composition, swim a lot
    >>
    >>77591410
how necessary is lifting weights for ottermode? I have some gains already I'm just overweight (235lbs/106.5kg).
    >>
    >>77591414
Bodyweight and calisthenics should take priority
    >>
    >>77591416
Why bodyweight and calisthenics? Also do you have a routine? I can't even do a pull-up, kek.

I would say it's 60% just a result of a proper diet. And a proper diet is a salad from veggies with some olive oil (try to find a real one. Arugula will give a ton of notrates for the nitric pxide, without too kuch of oxalates), proper protein source (as it's very satiating. Don't be afraid of eggs. When you fully cook them, you create a lot of harmful chemicals in yolk, but if you boil them or fry them to keep the yolk runny, it's the healthiest food out there. Even for fully cooked eggs there is no association between egg consumption and heart diseases for men below 60), and a quality starch (avoid rice as it has a glycemic index higher than sugar. Best would be potatoes, sweet potatoes, buckwheat, etc.. You can evem make fries in the oven with just a little oil. No need to boil them in oil.
I'm never even bother to count calories and eat pasta, pizza and hamburger. Alway extremely skinny with a decent amount of miscles. But those pasta, pizza and hamburgers are homecooked with whole foods, real ingridient. I sometimes even eat a store bough frozeb pizza, but I could find only 2 pizzas that I like and that have more or less quality ingriends. Dozen of other checked don't even have a real tomato sauce, just some seed oils with a little bit of tomatoe. Recently they even put a fake cheese on frozen pizzas...
    >>
    >>77591399
Or people who are ottermode are good ar swimming...
Most top athletes look a specifoc way necause their body fits the best for a specific sport. Just a water resistance would stop a fat person from ever winning in a swimming competition.

Yeah, probably I can count the number of people on one hand who look diced, there's guys who've been working there for years and still have bubble guts. It's easy to over eat when you're burning so much calories.

I would recommend studying what highly processed food and all the additives do to your body. And how it all is made, how it looks while being processes. Learn about a leaky gut, inflamation caused by such food, how it impacts every organ. Candy doesn't look tasty when looking at it gives you a picture of your own shit leaking into your bloodstream. You just have to be sold on how terrible that food it. It's trully disgusting.
Also you can just binge eat healthy snacks. Nuts are a goat. They are high on calories, but you can't really eat a lot of them. Try soaking almond nuts in water. They will taste sweet after that, but you won't be able to eat even a 100g (100g before soaking). And even after eating a lot of fat will be in cell capsules and won't be absorbed. Watermellon is a safe option as well. Because of a citruline in it, it actually doesn't do any damage you get from other high sugar foods. And yea, I can eat half a watermellon in one setting. Which is like 5kg. I even eat icecream (again homemade, or only from high quality ingridients, cocunut oil is fine.l) and I can eat a lot of it. But it has a completely different effect than a seed oil ice cream from the store. You can't really eat a lot of healthy foods and a lot of healthy foods taste incredibly good.
So just study what all the junk food does to you until you can't put a candy ibto your mouth without a vomiting reflex. And just don't keep any candies around. Have soacked almonds and watermellon/melon whenever everything goes to shit.

This. All of those Olympic swimmer physiques are built with resistance training. You are simply not becoming jacked by swimming.

Thanks anon, it’s just tough because I live so close to so much fast good spots, there’s a dozen within a 10-15 minute drive from me. Whenever, I‘m having a bad day I just go and get some ice cream or something. I eat too much goyslop like donuts, pizza, and burgers. I‘m on mobile my forgive the formatting.

Replace donuts with nuts. There are so many of them, for every kind of taste. I'm a pistacio guy.
Pizza with sourdough dough and quality ingridients is fine, but should be a treat, not a regular food. For burgers, look up the ingridients. Even the meat contains very little meat, it's mostly onions. A sauce can have shit ton of calories. Sauce + soaked in oil fried will have more calories than the burger itself. Ask for a coleslaw salad insted. Even that one is heavy on calories because of the dressing, but it contains a lot of fibre and vitamins. Eat it first as an appetizer and just a burger will make you feel full.

    >And even after eating a lot of fat will be in cell capsules and won't be absorbed.
I eat huge amounts of nuts and peanuts and anecdotally I'd agree that something is going on there that prevents you from digesting or absorbing thousands of calories at a time. But I've never seen any studies or literature about this so I'd be interested if you had any sources or links for further reading.

It depends on the nuts tho.
    >Almonds (whole raw): Absorbs about 25% to 32% less (delivers roughly 129 kcal per 28g serve instead of the labeled 168–170 kcal).
    >Walnuts: Absorbs about 21% less (delivers roughly 146 kcal instead of 185 kcal).
    >Cashews: Absorbs about 16% less (delivers roughly 137 kcal instead of 163 kcal).
    >Pistachios: Absorbs about 5% to 15% less (delivers roughly 151 kcal instead of 160 kcal).
And again, what is important is other thing you get from nuts. I have mentioned that a watermellon doesn't do yiu any harm. There was a study where one group of people were given a sugary drink and another a watermelon juice with the same amount of sugar. Sugary drink cause a huge damage, high infmalation markers, etc. With watermellon juice no changes. It's attributed to citrulline/argenine. Gues what else contain a lot of citrulune/argenine? A peanut butter.

Second though, just eating bred rn.
The thibg avout cico theory is that it is in a denial how body processes foods. Even for a bread, eat it the way it's sold and your blood sugar will spike. Toast it and the spike will be lower. Or freeze it and then unfreeze it and the spike will even even lower. Freeze, unfreeze and toast and the spike will be very low.
And tgat spike regukates how much inflamation you have, how sensitive your cells are to insulin, how hungry yiu are, wheather the food you have eaten makes yiu energetic and feel good, or letargic and it's being stored as fat instead of being used. And nothing in terms of macros has changed for that slice of bread...

    >>77590352
    2 problems.
    >tired
Warehouse/physical work isn't exhausting in the way heavy lifting or training are exhausting. You are just fuelling it wrong. Eat good slow starch. Bring a tub of cold spaghetti with spinach and chicken to work. Or at least sandwiches with decent bread/cabbage/tomater/lean meat or somesuch. Find your TDEE and will it with starch and protein. Not sugar.

    >shredded
Your body does stuff based on internal signalling. Hormones and metabolites. Working at a warehouse does not signal your body to do anything. Get kbs/dbs and tell ai to make you a myo rep circuit to do at home. High frequency low volume so you are done in 30m. Then just nut up and force yourself through it - it's just 30m. It's not gonna be hard anyway since there won't be big barbell movements there.
    >>
    >>77592585
    > You can't really eat a lot of healthy foods and a lot of healthy foods taste incredibly good
This too. Body knows when to stop but junk food is literally engineered to make you keep eating it. It's open knowledge - it's a specific salt/sugar/fat ratio. Junk food is not cheap too, per pound it's as expensive as healthy foods, if not more expensive.

I only notice a lack of tall people in shitty low class neighborhoods.
At my engineering office at least 10 out of 50 are over 6', and I always see tall people walking around in the skyway.
