He has devolved into making unfunny sex jokes on camera and harassing his employees behind the scenes and only making chicken nugget review videos. Also his credentials are bullshit like he was basically a dishwasher or whatever for a month at like some restaurant and he makes it sound like he was a michelin chef. Also he steals recipes and changes them a bit so sometimes the entire recipe doesnt even have the correct ratios anymore.
