black coffee in the morning to suppress appetite
a tiny snack for lunch to keep you from wanting to strangle your coworkers
then all your calories (~1300 worth) at night for dinner
go to sleep on a full stomach and repeat. you will lose lots of weight in just a few months. your hair will probably start falling out though

I lost 40kg in a bit over a year doing keto and drinking 2 or 3 litres of water a day and counting calories. I barely did any exercise too during that period, maybe like a half hour of walking a week.

Only consume fluids with electrolytes and just enough sugar to keep you from getting dizzy. Do a ridiculous amount of cardio. Caffeine and nicotine to keep your energy levels up. Other types of "stimulants" if you have access to them.

Be careful once you switch back to solid foods. Reintroduce *slowly*.

While doing this, your body will "bloat" and you might even gain some weight, that's just from the liquids. Toward the end, if you want, you can reduce your fluid consumption and you will just piss out a bunch of weight. Even when you switch back to solid foods, you will see this happen.

If you haven't liquid fasted before, you probably won't last longer than a few days on your first try. As you strenghten your mind, you will get to the point where you don't even need any sugar, and can effortlessly switch to full ketogenic metabolism. I can 10 day water fast. This is after years of training, though, and I don't do it anymore because I'm lean and muscular so it would just catabolize my muscle.

If you are skinny fat, a crash cut might be good for you, but you have to be aware that it can also be dangerous if you have underlying heart issues or pancreatic or kidney issues. During it, you also need to make sure to at least keep up some level of physical activity like walking or light weights or resistance. This will at least partially stave off having a complete collapse of your base metabolic rate and will limit the amount of muscular wasting.

How fast is fast. Eating 500 calories a day of protein will make you lose 4lbs a week. Its not sustainable but can be done for about 2 weeks in a row before any adverse health effects. Youd loose 10lbs during that period.
