    >slowly increase my daily calories from 3300kcal to 3600kcal in the span of 3 months
    >Decrease my daily steps from 12k to 9k
    >Somehow lost a little bit of weight
What the fuck. How is my body burning more calories while having less activity. I autisically weigh and log everything I eat.

It means your body is somehow filtering the extra calories into poop and releasing it.

    >eating 3300 calories
    >losing weight
Youre literally dying. Losing muscle and its turning into fat. Fat is less dense than muscle so that weight your loosing is muscle mass

I do indeed poop a lot, but my poops are solid, easy to pass and regular

    How's that relevant
    >>
3000 steps is like 100-150 calories burned. It's a rounding error. My most generous guess is that you are training harder due to increased energy which burns more calories between workouts

Oh ok, that's probably it. A few weeks ago my weight was hovering between 90.8-91.8kg and now it's down to 90.1-91. But maybe it's just a fluctuation.
Is it possible that the change in weather is also affecting it in some way? I mostly go outside in a t-shirt and occasionally in a hoodie. So can the change in temperature force the body to burn like 100kcal more than in the summer?

But can't some people have some digestion problems that make their body absorb less calories from food?
I mentioned by bowel movements mainly because I think their healthy and this is not my problem
