>always running forward
At this point you are just asking for a one way ticket to snap city.
>>

Lmao sounds like cope to me.

I really want to drop like 10 appeal to nature posters in the wilderness of Alaska at the beginning of fall and see how many survive a week.

You faggots are always dealing in absolutes. Look at the study and the participants were people who had completed at least five marathons or two ultramarathons. Now you take that and say ”hey guys, running is ackshually bad for you” so go fuck yourself.

I don't know anyone who runs every single day, even when training for a run it's every other day at most. Only skimmed the rest of the bro science shit, can we stop with this Dunning-Kruger, "here's how it ACTUALLY works" stuff?

This fucker living in a mud hut.

Running after women until they're exhausted to rape them sounds absolutely based. I was born too late
>>
>>77588312
You are a lazy piece of shit. You are not fit. Nobody is saying you should be an ultra runner, but running 50 km on a weekly basis is extremely good for your fitness and health
>>
>>77588208
turns out you're bred from the same cloth
>>
yeah running sucks
>>

It just isn't true. There are a ton of forms of endurance athletics, kids have terrific aerobic bases and run around outside all day if you let them. At the extreme, every sport is "unnatural" but that's what makes the human body cool. We can adapt to running for over 24 hours, deadlifting over 1000lbs, sprinting over 25mph, etc. OP's copypasta just outs him as someone who hates exercise or effort. The whole point of fitness is going beyond where you naturally are.
(Also I guarantee a fit, driven guy who runs ultras is way more attractive to a woman than any guy who spends 6+ hours/week in the gym and roids lol, that part is pure cope. I know multiple couples who run together and many who met through running. Yes, endurance running, not sprinting lol)

whats this new trend of people engaging in science denialism but also appealing to science at the same time. Either science is fake or it isnt, make up your mind.
>>
>>77588191
Taking screenshots of your own posts doesn't make them more valuable, OP.

It's actually just the scientific method in action, denying one hypothesis in favor of another.

I can confirm I was a cross country runner in high school and not only do I suspect it fucked my growth plates up in my legs it also did not get me any chicks at all. I will never let my children be long distance runners.
