As soon as you start back up, your body will quickly regain its mass and neural strength back to its previous state. The hard part is building muscle the first time, after that, it can rebuild itself to that base point pretty easily. The 2 exceptions is 1- If the break is a reaaaaaally long time (like a year+) and 2- If you're at an elite level
