Is it okay to horsecock some weights, egolift and sacrifice good form for progress? DYELs and roided need not reply
>>77587439It's usually not good. What you can accomplish in a single session can is probably at most like a quarter sized amount of muscle a week probably slice of lunch meat (spread across your entire body). So no matter what as a natty you're in it for long game. Which means consistency not having months of shit lifting because you fucked up your wrist. So yeah I'd avoid the hell out of. Trying to beat the log book isn't trying to hit PRs all the time it's small incremental challenge in different areas. Which is how you grow anyways. Consistency in form and tempo adds a lot of clarity to that.
>>77587439yea
Only last reps.
>>77587439>horsecockSomeone post the buggenhagen isnt your mentor copypasta
>>77587439schwer und falsch (heavy and wrong)I mean it makes sense, weight builds muscle, not formIs it better to lift 10kg with "perfect form" or 20kg "wrongly"? (obviously don't injure yourself)
>>77587439PT here most dweebs don't go anywhere even close to failure on their exercises, I would rather prescribe "ego lifting" because it is actually a higher chance of progress for most than leaving them to weights they're "comfortable" with
Depends on the exercise. Generally no.... Idk, im old (30). Ego lifting at best gives you a minor ego boost, or at worst an injury that sets you back weeks to years. The only ego lifting I find myself doing these days are pendlay rows .
