Is running safe or will it evaporate my gains?
>>
I’m not certain you’re the Williams spammer.. but just to be sure

Forced schizo
>>
>>77586632

Just eat more, it’s literally that simple
>>
>>77586632
Just don't accidentally run 30 miles your first day out.
>>
Carpet burns on knees. Huh
>>
>>77586632
Maybe if you're cutting, on a bulk it's a waste of calories and time that could be spent eating more.
>>
Looked her up and she is literally 21 years old
like she's not even out of college age
>>
>>77586632
The trick is carbs before, during and after running. And a high protein diet throughout the day.
I'm running an easy 18km tomorrow morning, and I'll drink 80g of sugar during it.
>>
>>77586632
You could be lifting
>>
>>77586632
Sprinting is better
>>

Are you Asian American
>>
>>77586632
Do literally 2 sets a week before cardio
>>
>>77586768
Not really. Sumo wrestlers train for 10-15 second "sprints" of maximum effort and then periods of total rest. Their bodies eventually adapt by developing huge VO2 max but their overall circulatory system never really develops much. It's a lot like heavy lifting, honestly, and it's why both sumo wrestlers and extreme mass freak body builders die of circulatory problems at rates higher than the general population.

If you lift heavy all the time, what your body needs is general fitness rather than more anaerobic efficiency. Sprints are just "better" for bodybuilders because it's easier for them -- they don't have to actually do the harder thing.

>Yes I'd like to put my pp into some bloody veins, how did you know
>>
>>77586632
Does she look like she has gains?
>>
cardio = death. your heart has a limited amount of heartbeats
>>
>>77586632
Running burns gains but only if you suck at cardio. If you are good at running, your physique won't shrink quickly but gains will be harder as your body metabolizes way easier. You'll get a lower heart rate and docs will call it interesting.
>>
>>77588873
Even if that were true, people who do regular exercise have fewer heartbeats overall. Because their resting heart rate lowers throughout the entire day, but their elevated heart rate is only during the brief period of exercise.

>t. 48 bpm resting
>>
>>77586632
Would
>>
youll be fine
>>
>>77588973
Ew nigga
>>
>>77588973
You’d probably kill her
>>

>assumes heart has maximum number of beats
>cardio lowers resting heart rate
>come to conclusion that cardio equals death
we've got some of the brightest minds on this forum.

2 cardio sessions a week. hill sprints and rest 2 minutes for 6 reps. 30-40 minutes jogging. those 2 workouts spread out through the week are efficient.
>>
>>77586632
Running is for fags. Lift heavy and die young
>>
>>77586632
For a lot of people even lifting more they are instantly low on calories after lifting, fast until their next proper meal stops making them save calories, and then they have to build more muscle with the same calories which will make you weak and tired amd recover worse mostly. So no running will not help that. If you are afraid to get fat then just do 100 calorie girl meals until meal time.
>>
>>77586632
I can guarantee you won't be running nearly enough that it'll affect your gains negatively.
20 mins of running is completely fine and genuinely good for your heart and your vo2. You could push that to 2 hours and still be fine.
>>
>>77588873
Higher resting bpm is a faster road to death than lower resting bpm (which is, ironically enough, only achieved through cardio).
So what's up smart ass
>>
>>77590714
Unlikely, I have a 4 inch bart simpson pencil dick. She could take it well.
>>
>>77592345
The increased heart rate from doing cardio is offset by the reduction it provides to your resting heart rate.
>>
>>77592348
Get gud at math you nonce.

Cardio man
>Resting: 55bpm
>Cardio: 140bpm @ 60 mins
Lazy man
>Resting: 80bpm
Cardio man: 55bpm x 60min x 23hrs + 140bpm x 60min = 84.3k beats in a day
Lazy man: 80bpm x 60min x 24hrs = 115.2k beats in a day

Lazy man dies faster.
>>
>>77592361
Get gud at biology; my resting HR is mid-40s, but I also take some special Grinch drugs to prevent hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and senolytics to prevent a fib, which doing very excessive cardio will absolutely give you.
