>Could if fuck up my heart ?
Why?
>>
>5 foot and 91 inches
OP is a giant

I had a heart rate of 34 BPM when I was that skinny at 176 cm

Too light. That's not athletic; it's scrawny. I'm 6'0", 146 and it's victim weight. I'm comstantly putting on the same 5-8 lbs then forgetting to eat constantly and losing it.

I'm 146 lbs at 6'1 and don't feel particularly scrawny.

>athletic
Just gain muscle as fast as possible, you are lifting right? Muscle takes forever.
>but if you are strong then you are bad at martial arts
>you have to train 20 hours a week to compete with others at fighting you can't lift if you want to be any good
>so now I have to get fat I'll just get the best of both worlds and lean bulk
>fighters don't train powerlifting they do some stupid ass bullshit and it obviously works for them

Some weight class fighters have underdeveloped legs and decent mass which is nice since it's not like mma guys are doing much with kicks that you can't just eat and box against optimally.

Boxing has come a long way in mma in the last few years, but it is simply not as much of a threat vs grappling unless it is usually an especially strong heavyweight. Or the skill is so low on the grappler that you can move around them and shit but you shouldn't be able to do that vs someone any good lmao.

You are idiotically dieting and spinning your wheels watching the scale because that is obviously not how heavy you are after supplementing more food for a full week in an obvious macro split if you have any muscle.

Good thing reality isn't defined how you personally feel

>5'9, 131lb
A heavy gust would knock you over. Thats beyond victim weight. If you walked down a dark alley at night in your size 26 pants youd literally be asking for someone to rape you

134lbs is skeleton mode. And fighters compete at like 20lbs lighter than they walk around at. So when you think a fighter is 135lbs bantamweight, they’re at least 20lbs heavier in actuality.
