Found a female fitness influencer whose training split looks pretty appealing. wondering if there's any reason i shouldn't just follow her program as a beginner/intermediate male. obviously not trying to grow glutes or anything, just build muscle, get stronger and improve overall aesthetics.

Also asking this because I'm shorter than the average man in my country.

Depends on the program. For stuff like an ab workout in that pic, they are very close to being calisthenics workouts, which tend to be unisex because the weight involved is determined by the person's body.

The women stuff to avoid is where you're basically doing a weights routine but using very light weights but for 20 reps in each set to 'feel the burn' because 'you don't want to get too big'
>>
For you specifically anon, I'm sure a female workout will be just fine.

I followed leanbeefpatty's ab routine and it worked perfectly.

No

the best workout is the one you do and most /fit/izens don't work out
>>
I wonder if there are also (non-professional bodybuilder) women following hardcore bodybuilding programs. There must be a few

Just do it and grow naturally out of it and then move onto the next thing.
Doing (almost) any sort of training is better than no training.

only if it is for bootymaxxxing

The 10 minute ab one or is there a paid routine?
>>
>>77584941
Anything works as long as you do at least 3 sets of around 10 reps to failure, at least two times a week.

Nothing wrong with working out with women, but at least do it in person. I do my heavy lifts by myself but I do those meme gym classes at least a few times a week and it's like 95% women. Pilates, cycling, yoga, "body pump", etc. I get to talk to and look at cute girls while still doing shit that helps me in some way, be it flexibility or core strength or cardio or whatever.

Guys who are insecure about this type of shit are virgins or repressed homosexuals or insecure skinnyfat DYELs trying to posture.

I'm the only guy I see who uses all the Booty Builder machines on leg day. After my RDLs I go hard on isolating my ass. I love it.

Ohhh….youre THAT guy.

her first night at university she probably conducted a train. the cutest girls like this are the nastiest whores. her being an extrovert with an online following means she is probably even dirtier than that.

women live life on easy mode.

No. females and males have different metabolic requirements, different abilities to rest and gain strength, and other things. you're just going to hamper yourself by following a program tailored toward females.

you have testosterone, use it. you have a higher RMR/BMR. use it. you have a stronger and more responsive nervous system. use it. you have shorter recovery periods in your mTOR signalling pathways. use it.

they can try, but it's not physiologically possible, see >>77588331

men and women are genetically different. sexual dimorphism is present to a significant degree in humans.

Women recover faster than men so they get away with doing a lot of dumb shit even if it is higher intense which it rarely is.

If it has some manner of progressive overload that includes resistance increases at some point it'll generally work.
