    What are you taking?
    How much are you injecting?
What weight did you start at and how much have you lost?
    Questions & queries?

    >What is GLP-1?
GLP-1 agonists are medications that help lower blood sugar levels and promote weight loss. They are available with a valid prescription (commonly known as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro/Zepbound, etc) or via the gray market in the form of peptides.
    >How do I get on GLP-1?
For the legal brand-name products, you need to have a valid prescription, but it can be very expensive. If you want them as peptides, they are available via the gray market, which is a much riskier area for a siginifcantly better quantity and price.
    >How do I get into the gray market?
Stairwaytogray's main website at www.stairwaytogray.com is the one and only place to start. There are many great guides covering all areas for new players to the scene.

    Several points to note:
    >Mods will ban you for positng direct links to gray market sources, so don't risk it
    >There is absolutely no such thing as GLP-3. It is a common ignorant and uninformed term spread by social media influencers. This includes GLP-2 (which is unrelated to weight loss and is for Crohn's Disease), GLP-4 and GLP-5. They're all false and uneducated terms
    >NEVER follow the advice of any social media influencer on any mainstream platform under any circumstances. This especially includes Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube. The consequences are disastrous and even fatal
    >The gray market is volatile and legally risky. Do your research, learn basic cryptocurrency and focus on your personal security and privacy, and never spend more than you are willing to lose

As always, stay safe and be smart.

Know the difference between the agonists. This image and a simple Google search will prevent you from looking stupid in front of everyone.

    MAINSTREAM GLP-1 BRANDS

    Semaglutide
    >Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus
    Tirzepatide
    >Zepbound, Mounjaro

    LESSER KNOWN GLP-1 BRANDS

    Liraglutide
    >Victoza, Saxenda
    Dulaglutide
    >Trulicity
    Exenatide
    >Byetta, Bydureon BCise
    Lixisenatide
    >Adlyxin
    Orforglipron
    >Foundayo
    Albiglutide
    >Tanzeum (cancelled by the manufacturer)

    UPCOMING GLP-1 AGONISTS

    Retatrutide
    >Still in the experimental/testing phase, highly proven results
    Mazdutide
    >Dual agonist
    Survodutide
    >Dual agonist
    Ecnoglutide
    >Single agonist "biased GLP-1"
    VRX-0075
    >Quintuple (five) agonist

    NOT A GLP-1 AGONIST

    Cagrilintide
    >Amylin receptor
    Eloralintide
    >Amylin receptor
    Petrelintide
    >Amylin receptor
    >>
    And finally:
    >Ignore all non-GLP-1 substances...within reason (Cagrilintide, for example, is fine). /fraud/ exists for other substances
    >Filtering your peptides is optional but is recommended. It won't purge any potential endotoxins, but it'll clean up other particulates

    >No one cares if you don't like or need GLP-1 injections. Go have a sook in another thread if it irritates you so much
    >Do not engage with the DNPtranny. DNP is fine, being a total fuckwit about it is not
    >Go to /fph/ or /fraud/ if you feel like a morally superior faggot. We get that the world is becoming skinnier and you're losing your pathetic bullshit bullying powers as a result, but pick your fights elsewhere, as we don't give a shit about you

Been on zepbound for about 5 months and I'm down 36lbs. I started on 2.5mg and titrated up to 7.5 in the time since. The only huge downside is diarrhea, and I've mostly learned to live with that by now.
    >>
    >>77577808
As fucked as this sounds, I like it when I have diarrhea. I'm at goal weight and whenever I put on water weight or regular fluctuating weight, I get happy when I shit it back out quicker, as Reta keeps everything in me for days at a time.

    >>
    >>77578026
I assume you didn't have diarrhea before tirz, so it's possible it's interacting with your diet in a bad way. I recommend not leaving everything up to the GLP-1 and changing your diet, even a little. More whole foods, more veggies in general. I learned how to make chicken breasts that don't suck from Youtube and it's been a game changer for me. Also, take a fiber supplement like psyllium. Psyllium in particular helps with both constipation and diarrhea.

By your (incredibly stupid) rationale, bulemia is fitness.
    >>
    >>77578275
Thanks, but I know the issue for me is that I'm still overeating. My diet has changed a lot over the past few months. I don't eat nearly as many chips and other snacks as before, and I've started eating a more protein-heavy breakfast as advised by my doctor. I should have mentioned that I also deal with drowsiness and fatigue. Protein helps a lot but I've also been downing electrolyte drinks to keep my ass awake, since apparently terpz uses up a shitload of electrolytes to do its thing.
    >>
    >>77578574
bulemia is a mental health disorder, and negatively affects the body.

Imagine thinking that was a good comeback and argument.
    >>
    >>77578614

Supposedly Retatrutide will be available from the pharmacy in Q4 of 2027, and if it's anything like I'd expect with pricing, I think it'll be more expensive than Mounjaro/Zepbound. It'll just keep everyone on the gray market.

    >>
    >>77579873
It's a small molecule compound like DNP but without the danger of death by overheating. Causes mitochondria to leak their membrane potential of stored energy so they metabolize blood sugar at a greater rate. Not sure on the overall efficacy of energy burn relative to reta but I haven't seen any complaints by people who used it.

As long as Ozempic is unopened (as in not used) it has 24 months for the manufacturers expiry date. It should be on the box.
You can inject in the thigh or upper arm, but the best place is in the belly fat on your sides, roughly 15cm away from the bellybutton.

    >>77580181
    >>77580140
I really don't see her becoming healthier if I'm being honest with you, there's no way she's going to cut out the weed or the alcohol. The alcohol still has a lot of calories because she gets a lot of those canned mixed drinks like Clubtails and what not that are easily 250, maybe 300 calories per can at best. She only eats junk food and takeout, and works in a chain coffee shop that gives her a full paperbag of donuts every night, so even if she cuts the junk food down significantly and is in a caloric deficit... She's not going to be getting any actual nutrition. She'll be getting less than she's already getting and is definitely going to get that nasty ghoul face of malnutrition. What's shocking is we had that conversation before already, where I said the reason all these celebrities look like shit after they get the jab is because they essentially just injected themselves with anorexia and forgot the most successful anorexics take a living shit ton of vitamins and stack supplements to avoid malnutrition. Sister doesn't even brush her teeth. Let alone take vitamins or a natural dietary fat.

hi i'm f who is about same height, went from 270lbs to 163lbs, about 33lbs was lost from tirz rest natural and ur absolutely right, tell her if she really wants it she has to work for it:
tell ur sister to start with an aim of 10k steps per day, it's easier to hit if she counters in walks to her supermarket and back to buy groceries (not sure how walkable your city is since i'm a brit bong)
i don't do alcohol or smoke weed, she obviously needs to quit those
she needs to quit junk food and cut her portions in half (she can save money for each meal too) tell her to get an air fryer and fry stuff if she needs it (I don't like goyslop but I love crispy fried stuff, and tell her to replace mayo by mixing low fat cream cheese with low fat cottage mayo with ranch seasoning in a blender)
tell her she needs to completely cut out oil or avoid it heavily, just olive oil and a light usage
she needs to try volume eating so she doesn't binge on snacks - there are obviously snack alternatives that are low cal, but I stopped eventually and if she feeds herself enough she also will
try to get her to try out skipping breakfast - if she is open to it she can try OMAD too, this helped me even when i was not on tirz
if she gets used to walking 10k steps then she may start being open to the gym, u can reassure her that no one will judge and teach her the basics and if she overcomes that fear and learns about it she can try
ur sister sounds like a bum but i've learned from other friends that people who do drugs have emotional problems, so I hope she gets better and I hope she doesn't give up

Bro, I lost 70lbs (31.7kg) also actual female and I've told her all this. She's ignoring it. I lost it natural BECAUSE we're so predisposed to severe side effects (I have a very slow GI she has full on diagnosised Paralysis of the digestive tract episodes. Tbh i just dont totally understand how these drugs work since i immediately realized I could never use then without serious risk, but my understanding had been you have to really hone in on nutrition or you face actual malnutrition and issues
    >>
So my friend has been off Reta for 6 months now. I asked him what happened with the food noise returning and what changes he noticed. He told me:
    >The food noise returned after two weeks and was a bit strong at first, but nowhere near as full on as before starting
    >As a result of constant dieting and exercise, he's still eating well, but that's achieved without Reta. Still, he believes it's helped him mentally
    >His heart rate dropped back down to "normal" levels
    >He gained 5kg in total, but this was due to the shock of no more GLP-1, GIP and Glucagon, plus some gym
    >You absolutely must slowly wean off with lower doses over 2-3 months or you'll suffer cravings hardcore
He did also tell me that those on single agonist injections suffer the worst return of food noise, as it's very strong. Tirz and Reta users, from others telling him, have it much easier to come off.

It's great, isn't it? Still never get cravings, and when I do eat a meal I fill up after about 1/4 of what I used to eat. No longer pre-diabetic, BP and cholesterol are normal again, and lost 10 lbs this month. Got another 60lbs left to drop before I'm down to my normal weight, which if I don't plateau too hard or get lazy with my workouts I feel should be reasonably achievable by the end of winter.

Did not realize there was a glp general when posting this in the monjourno thread:

got prescribed wegovy without any prompting. Should i take it?

Lately i weigh the most i have ever weighed while struggling w my diet after being skinny most of my life. Nothing too crazy but i can kinda feel the fat on me at this point at a bmi of 30. I'm tired all the time and my bloodwork came back looking good and i'm getting an at home sleep study for sleep apnea soon.

I have had successful cuts but i often boomerang back even worse and this time instead of prioritizing a deficit i'm just going to focus on eating healthy. Which i would do on a cut anyway.

    >>
    >>77582612
Yeah it’s fucking awesome, I feel like I am super respondent though because I’ve only been able to choke down 900 calories in the last 56 hours or so. I’m hoping to lose it all in 5-7 months. Then I’ll start cutting and bulking
    >>
    >>77582715
Same, at least once I get down to a normal BMI where I'm confident my knees and heart won't explode I'll start going proper on lifting.
    >>77582632
Only you know your own health, but I'd say there aren't many downsides for you starting a glp1. The upfront costs can be a little much, but generally that'll be immediately offset by you not eating as much. Losing the weight will help with your energy and sleep apnea, too. The one thing your doc will likely warn you about is that stopping the drugs often lead to rapid weight rebound for a lot of people, and stopping could make them less effective in the future should you want to get back on one. For me, I do plan to stop once I reach my target and am confident in the better eating habits I've built.
    >>
    >>77582754
    >stopping the drugs often lead to rapid weight rebound
Because you get your appetite back? You can pretty much expect to add 5 lbs back as soon as you start eating again from glycogen and food in your gut. But that also accounts for 5 lbs of initial weight loss.
    >>
    >>77582855
Yep, you do gain a few kgs back. It happened to me when I stopped Wegovy before I got everything back under control.
    >>
    >>77582855
It's more a significant number of people who stop simply put all the weight back on plus extra. Mainly the people with genetic problems who desperately need the drugs to control their appetite even after developing better habits. There are still plenty who stop and keep it off, but these are people whose weight gain was primarily lifestyle-related.

The thing is that im at 2,5 with mounjaro and discovered DTG and it totally make sense since i made numbers and what would cost me 5000€, goes down to just 300€.

The thing is that Tirz is changing my life, i dont have appetite at all, and yesterday i had a weddding and didnt even drink a glass of alcohol. (I used to drink heavy in celebrations etc). Also, i lost almost 4 kilos in just 2 weeks, and im starting to walk everyday and do gym 4 times a week.
Calling people lazy for taking peps is retarded since it is the first step for many of us to start doing shit, so stop being faggots and let us do our thing.

Now genuine question, even im pretty happy with Tirz for now, if i want to change from Tirz to Reta, how should i do it? Should i start with aminimal dose too?

    >wow you're so skinny, are you anorexic? are you sick?
comments already and i'm not even 15% body fat yet. i will never tell them im on tirz
    >>
    >>77584550
im also 24 bmi kek. no wonder i was fat for so long
    >>
    >>77584550
    Fuck them.
I had someone at work get all judgy over me on Tirz, and yet the fag used nicotine patches to quit smoking. The moment I pointed out the hypocrisy, he almost got violent (yet I was the one written up for workplace unacceptable behaviour).
    >>
    >>77584556
yeah i'm never telling anyone that i'm on tirz. most people simply can't handle it and i don't see any benefit to it.
    >>
    >>77584821
Why are you asking in here?
    >>
    >>77584843
6 boxes of Tirz 30mg just arrived, adding to my 4 I already have. I'm stocked for a good 3 years at this rate.

2 months off all GLPs, my food noise is back but nowhere near as bad.
    >>
Anyone here using Eloralintide alone or in combination with something else? The distributor I use is selling that and a reta combo... seems tempting but if Eloralintide is far newer and less tested it doesn't seem as advisable.
    >>
    >>77586234
It's also quite hard to get too from what I've seen from the vendors.
    >>
    >>77585016
tolerance will go up if you just started
    >>
    >>77586362
Oh nah I've been on it for a year now, still effective at 5mg. However I am not using 3ml BAC but 1.5ml BAC, so 25 units actually equals 5mg. This was done both to save BAC water and to reduce the liquid levels per injection. It's very effective for me. Hospira BAC and filtered peps of course.
My vendor has a 15% off sale with free shipping so I decided to stack up.
    >>
    >>77584550
I would just accept it as genuine concern and also that they recognize your weight loss which is pretty great. You noticeably improved.

I'd never tell anyone that I was on tirz that I didn't have to though lmao I am about 14% body fat from my last DEXA scan.
    >>
Do any of these not make you throw up?

    >>
    >>77586362
Nah, bullshit. Dose escalation is unnecessarily sped up to maximize weight loss in order to make the drugs look better in trials. If you have an ounce of willpower, you can make a little bit of GLPs go a long way.
    >>
    >>77586590
The effects (and side effects) are highly individual, some people have little to no side effects and a great appetite blunting response from like 1mg reta, others need 6, 8, even 12mg a week to lose weight. You won't know until you try them.
My advice is start as low as possible and wait out each dose for at least month before escalating. Once you find a dose you're losing at, keep on it as long as possible. Do not go up in dose unless you stall for 8 weeks.
    >>
    >>77584415
VK2735 is tirz but better. Anecdotally, reta + eloralintide is literal black magic metabolic hacking.
    >>
    >>77586592
This times a million. Just a smidgen of food planning and deliberate activity, plus the lowest effective dose of your favorite GLP-1, and you'll be losing weight for months.

My belly below my belly button feels numb or loss sense of feeling. This happened last night going to bed. Is this normal after taking glp? I inject in stomach.
    >>
    >>77587142
    Never heard of that
    >>
    Belly injections are too painful.
Any difference in results if you inject in fatty part of the thigh?
    >>
    >>77587706
The thigh is slightly slower for absorption, but not by much.
    >>
I'm now off Reta mainly due to being at my goal weight, but also due to having very low body fat (the Glucagon agonist helps shred the fat) and my heart rate racing sometimes. My setup is very similar to >>77586416 + >>77585016 but I'll stay at 5mg Tirz only for the food noise and fullness effects for a while. Like another anon mentioned earlier, I will gradually wean off over the next 6 months.
    >>
    >>77586590
    Depends on the dosage honestly.
My sister hopped on Tirz not really doing any good research and injected like a full syringe as a first dose and she ended up vomiting and shitting herself.

I found thigh injections to actually be more painful, but I'm fairly lean. If you're doing it in the right spot 2+ inches away from your belly button it should literally be a short sting and then nothing (31g needle)
    >>
I agree with him about belly injection. Using vial and needle not self injections. Sometimes he dont hurt but most of the time it do. they make the syringe needle too big.
    >>
    >>77587706
    ....it's not that painful.
    >Angle the needle at 45 degrees if it's a 6mm or 8mm needle
    >Slowly push in
    >>
    >>77589073
    Yep.
I only had slight pain once almost all my weight and body fat was dropped. I had to go down to a 6mm needle.

    >4 months off Tirz
    >No cravings aside from the 10-ish days of hunger pang returns which were easily managed by continuing my dieting and drinking water
    >Bloodwork all good
    >Heart all good
Just two more weeks though, right?

I hit my goal of 155 and fully dropped reta (2mg). My last dose was on September 28th. It was going decently well until probably last week and now I cannot stop eating. Last week I weighed myself at 168 and this monday at 165. I am not sure how to actually maintain this weight naturally to be quite honest. Can I just cruise on tirz for a year and my set point will lower? My doctors are telling me otherwise (claude and gemini).

    >>77589773
10 days only? When did you start counting from? Technically I still have about 0.14mg in my bloodstream which is practically nothing. I did kind of fuck up my diet the past 3 weeks because I went on vacation and I haven't started counting calories since coming back.

    >>77588293
inject in ur thighs and this is especially important for the spicy peptides
    >>77587706
side of your thighs pic rel depends how fat you are but I need to use 4mm
    >>77587874
I used to pin with 25 in there and it was definitely the biggest issue, but even with 32g 4mm needles sometimes I hit a sensitive spot compared to my thighs where there is practically no sensation
    >>
    >>77590519
From 2 weeks after my final jab when I titrated down from 7.5mg to 2.5mg.
    >>
This is why you must gym and exercise on GLP-1s, gentlemen (no women on the internet).
    >>
    >>77591371
Oh there's a thread with this pic already, my bad.
    >>
    >>77591371
After one month on zep and two other months of working out and diet, I'm starting to notice a little tirz-ky neck forming because a lot of fat is leaving my face quickly. It's not really super noticeable and it's gonna happen anyway in the future, and I guess it's better than looking like a fat fuck. What I'm really worried about is my gut. A majority of my excess weight ended up in my core. Even if I keep lifting, I feel like there's still gonna be a good bit of excess skin there once I reach my target.
    >>
When does the nausea end? Upped my tirz to 7.5mg 3 days ago and have barely been able to eat I feel so sick, also have a banging headache. Never had any side effects on 5mg
    >>
    >>77592885
    Drink more water.
    >>
    >>77592885
Unfortunately it may not subside. As anon said, water.
But buy nausea pills, you'll need them.

    >>77592885
Couldn't you just stay at 5mg forever and keep losing weight with the slightest amount of deliberate lifestyle adjustments (rhetorical)
    >>
    >>77594261
You can, but many people build up a tolerance, hence why they need to titrate up.
An easy way to stay at 5mg is to stop pinning for a month and let your system clear out the substance, then go again from the starter dose.
