Average USA female measurements:>5'3.5" height>38.7" waistAverage USA male measurements:>5'9" height>40.6" waistThe average person is so incredibly far from what we've identified as ideal model measurements it should be a crime. Hopefully GLP-1's are able to reduce caloric intake, but nothing will make people exercise more. Our work culture in America has made everyone extremely ugly and unhealthy. They say people in Japan dress well but really they've just got scaled-down proportional model measurements for their height. I guess it can't be blamed all on work since Japan is also very competitive. How are you aspiring to ideal measurements or proportions? What are your measurements?I'm on the short and fat side:>5'11.5" height>42" chest (I bench > body weight)>31" waistI started a high-protein low-calorie diet recently and have been seeing progress in the waist area. I walk about 4 miles a day and gym 3x a week.
just gonna unexagerate your measurements: youre probably 5'9 with a 33" waist and bench almost body weight. this is not good and you are either fat or skinny fat and probably out of healthy bmi.walking is good but higher zone cardio will help a lot. i wouldnt be surprised if with improved heart health you burn significantly more calories in a day. do not post again until you have visible abs
>>18786371>healthy bmithey keep raising 'healthy' bmi because everyone is fat, you can easily be fat and 'healthy bmi'

>>18786710op literally said>I'm on the short and fat side
>>18786348if you restrict the age range to 20-29 the waist sizes go down about 2-3 inches, still grim
>>18786348>6'3>30" waist>36" inseam>26" armsIt's so difficult to find clothes I like that actually fit my limbs that aren't ridiculously baggy.
