Anyone know how to find tshirts that make you look not fat if you’re kinda fat?

I’m not super visibly fat a hoodie hides it completely but I feel very uncomfortable in a tshirt and haven’t gone out in one since like 9 years

Uniqlo boxy cropped. Also go to the gym fat ass it isn't that fucking hard to lose weight.
    >>
    >>18782862
Tried that one fit was kinda weird. And yeah haven’t thought of that great idea wish someone told me earlier!
    >>
You can't buy yourself out of being fat.
    >>
    >>18782849
one mistake fat guys can make is thinking black will make them look skinny.
    >>
Honestly if youre the kind of fat that can be hid you arent that much of a chud. You can just take the L and appear as a chubby guy, nothin wrong with that
    >>

    i love he

    >>18782849
Just get the shot bro. There's no shame in it.
    >>
    >>18782994
Yeah ik eventually that would be ideal my confidence is just kinda fucked so I hope I’ll slowly build up to that point with wearing clothes that make me feel slightly more comfortable in my body yk

    >get cuck ozempic
    >just don't eat and do nothing else
    >Look like a hollowed out skeleton
    LMAO

Op, start lifting 3 times a week, go for daily walks, and cut your calories max 2000
do this for however many months until you are lean

    nothing else matters

    it's very simple

if you have a cheat day or fuck up once a week it doesn't matter, just ignore it and continue protocol, but if you have severe binges maybe you need to revise your daily food choices so you don't get that bad cravings

    >>18782862
You lose weight by eating less. No amount of gym will compensate for a shit diet
    >>
    >>18782849
    I like your pic
    >>
    >>18783018
I’ve already been trying to go on walks don’t feel comfortable going to the gym so I might just do pushups or something. Still losing all those kilos would/will take a long ass time

    >>18783139
Thanks I’m a meimei day one
    >>
    >>18783018
Overweight people are overweight because they're addicted to eating, not because they don't lift. Most people who aren't overweight also don't lift and they don't look like skeletons. They just look normal. If OP took ozempic (reversing his food addiction) and otherwise lived a normal life he would just look normal.

    >No amount of gym will compensate for a shit diet
That's just completely untrue but I get what you're saying
    >>
    >>18783243
I mean I’m no expert but doesn’t running burn calories pretty well? I know lifting doesn’t but that does right

    >>18783238
Also true, I’ve been very depressed for the last couple years and food is definitely one of my vices that came with that or that got worse because of the depression so I’ll one day get out of that and that’ll probably automatically make me less fat
    >>
    >>18783456
Typically you can't out-cardio your calorie intake unless you're doing an ungodly amount every day, for the vast majority of people it's much easier to eat in a calorie deficit although you should still lift and do cardio regularly
    >>
    >>18783456
Which would you rather do: run 3 hours when you have a bag of chips or not eat the chips in the first place?

    >>18782849
It depends on how "kinda fat" you are. If you really are only slightly paunchy, try slightly oversized thicker t-shirts or even better a button-up short sleeve shirt. For thin t-shirts any wind or some movements will cause it to push against your body and actually makes you look fatter, a thicker shirt that holds its shape better will not. Button up shirts have more mass to them and patterns that may obscure your shape. This only works to an extent, if you're too fat you will obviously be fat at a glance.

Not a single recommendation in this thread, it's fucking over
    >>
    >>18785347
I recommend drugs. But he should just wear a black t that fits and throw a flannel over it. Grunge yo.
    >>
    >>18783990
yeah I know unfortunately the human body is very efficient, still a good habit that I want to establish

    >>18785347
True but I’m now sure what I was expecting. Seems like I’m not gonna be able to go out in a tshirt for the next summer yet again

    >>18785402
Unironically might be the solution since I wanna get on adhd meds which do sometimes have the effect of solving binge eating disorder. But it’s gonna take a long ass time till I get on those

    >>18784752
Congrats on the weight loss 105 is insane. I would only have to lose like 20kg or 44lbs I think but it still seems very hard to me. I think it would be easier if I didn’t live with my parents (I’m only 20 before everyone calls me a loser lol) because they constantly buy snacks and shit and ofc if it’s there I’m gonna eat it. If I lived alone I could very well get away with just not buying all the little things that make you fat and just eating 1 meal a day. I don’t really feel any hunger in the morning and that lasts until the evening if I drink 1-2 coffees which is barely any calories even with some milk. And the reason I think I can get away with not looking fat is because my fat distribution goes just to my stomach and thighs and not to my face at all so it’s hideable with a sweater/hoodie. Thicker heavyweight tshirts are better but I still haven’t found them to be ideal. Maybe I also just need to learn confidence and self acceptance because the internet has rotted my brain idk
    >>
Also im surprised this thread is still active I forgot to reply sorry
    >>
    >>18783238
if they lifted theyd have much more musclemass and would look considerably better even if the absolute amount of fat on them stayed the same (which it wouldnt, in reality itd be lower), you can be an absolute bloat lord but still look good if you got a good amount of muscle underneath
    >>
    >>18786072
True also lifting/working out upper body just gives you confidence automatically even if you don’t look that much different. I noticed this when I used to do more pushups regularly, even though I looked the exact same I had more confidence after. Probably the brain trying to trick you into working out lol
    >>
    >>18783059
You're right but people should still go to the gym regardless. Working out does make a difference even if you can't outrun a bad diet.
    >>
    >>18782849
    HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

You eat less. Then all shirts make you look not-fat!
