My favorite comment about Seiji's infamous anatomy comes from Masashi Ishihama, the person in charge of handling the character designs for the OVA. From an art book focused on various projects he worked on, he as politely as possible states, (google translated):

The only thing it was missing was the fat meaty nipples than Kaneko specialized in. The strength of the OVA was filling out the character designs and really nailing the inking and colors. Some shots of the girls really look clean and beautiful. It's like a perfect mix of 90s anatomy and early 2000s energy/excess. Kirika is the star of the show for being the fellatio beast she is, but Chiharu really exemplifies the perverted beauty the OVAs have at times.
