Whatever happened to this manga?

I've been trying to find a story for a long time and haven't had any luck, like a really long time, the story itself has to be at least 15 years old because I remember reading it for the first time in the early 10s. It's not a story in the conventional sense, but more like an exploration of an alternative reversed world were women are tall, strong and the dominant gender while men are short, weak and subservient. The size difference was not crazy mind you, I think women were somewhat taller on average than men in our world and men were somewhat shorter on average than women in our world. I do remember one character being a particularly short yet well hung man that worked as a secretary and he flirted with his boss. Some scenes that I remember were a couple of men in the bus/metro commenting their fashion choices and also some mentions about men being very oppressed in muslims countries and women there using the muscles of their pussies to prevent them from cumming during sex.

So yeah, if any of you know the story I'm talking about please just let me know, it's been years and I'm still empty handed, I've only managed to find one that's similar and deals with the same idea but it's not the same one I'm looking for.
