Looking back, Woody was kond of a shitty leader by making the army men do all the field work while the other toys just scratch their butts. One of them almost died setting up that walkie talkie on the birthday mission. In Toy Story 2 if Woody was not the one missing i bet he would make the army men go to the Toy Store
I disagree and found it oddly appropriate that the Army Men figures were used for these "field operations."
