Back when I was a kid and watched Woody Woodpecker on TV, I loved how passionately he talked about his cartoon.

I've been meaning to get into Woody Woodpecker shorts. For some reason, I always saw him as an afterthought in Golden Age animation discussions; barely anyone talks about him or how good his shorts are. What should I start with or avoid?
>>156120772
He also created Andy Panda and Chilly Willy, and took over production of the Oswald the Lucky Rabbit shorts after Universal kicked Disney and Ub Iwerks out.
