Last time we read The Transformers: Autocracy, the prequel that showed how Orion Pax became Optimus Prime. Now we read the sequel to the prequel, Monstrosity, featuring the Dinobots and Trypticon.Transform and roll out.Previous storytimeshttps://desuarchive.org/co/thread/155715906/https://desuarchive.org/co/thread/155864761https://desuarchive.org/co/thread/155908039/>>155934330>>155998589>>156087204
I might have missed this last thread, but I wonder what brought on the change to the shorter issues.
>>156102476Both Autocracy and this were originally digitally released short comics, only being printed later IIRC.
That's it for today. Next up, Primacy (to be posted earlier than usual because I have to go somewhere tomorrow and won't be able to post in the afternoon).
Wasn't Monstrosity and the final -Acracy mini originally digital only comics that only got repackaged as physical books because IDW wanted more product out on shelves after MTMTE and RID were a surprise hit?
>>156103631The first two were digital only, the last one I think was printed normally.
>>156101999welcome OP, unlike some of my other warriors, you never fail me
>>156103125Soundwave finally gets another good line besides "Soundwave superior, Constructicons inferior"
>Soundwave and Shockwave with standardsI'm actually surprised.
>>156102230I like the Terrrorcons in this. They're not all that complicated, but they do come across like horrible monsters
>>156103030>>156105827
>>156106593Not really. They should be treated as the merc Combiner team. Some days working for Scorponok, some days working for the Quintessons, some days for Soundwave.
>>156106593I prefer this version of Scorponok over the other IDW books where he's yet another of the many Decepticon mad scientists.
>>156108395That sounds like that should be a whole new group, not something we turn the Terrorcons into when being the horrible savage monster team is already their thing. Nobody should be dumb enough to get tricked into working for the Quintessons more than once thoughever.
