Vassago has ALL the leverage on Stolas now, so in an irony Stolas is now in Blitzo’s spot. All Vassago has to do is retract Stolas’ guest status, and Stolas is fucked.Kinda like Stolas holding the Grimoire over Blitzo.

“Stolas, I waited decades for you. Then YOU gave me an idea with your transactional fling with the Imp. I amass enough leverage over you and you’d have zero choice, being otherwise banished without me. I own your diary, I own the locket, I allow your visits with Octavia, and I own your GUEST status. Without me you’re nothing. As for the Imp, I’m not Andreaphalus. I’ll arrange his dates and he’ll forget about you. You made that easy. Taking him for granted. I always get the possessions I desire.”
