Brits will make stuff like this and then tell Americans how awful superhero comics are
>>156099990Grimly fiendish is literally me
>>156099990They're baking apples, you knob.
>>156100089Nobody cares
>>156099990How do you explain the British invasion of writers like Millar and Ennis dominating the comic book scene, hmm?
>>156100121>How do you explain the British invasion of writers like Millar and Ennis dominating the comic book scene, hmm?SO they also made American comic book worse. Yay!
>>156100142Seethe
>>156100151Don't act like y'all didn't hate millar and ennis like a month ago.
>>156100089lmao Why the fuck would you think that would make a difference to OP?That's so absurd it's genuinely funnier than the actual comic.
>>156100338Don’t invent bullcrap
>>156100360It is real. I wasn't the one making edits of Jack Kirby beating up Garth Ennis with a baseball bat
>>156100410Neither was I
>>156100410*with a shovel
>>156100357Is OP eating the apples?
>>156100338>>156100410Only miserable autists hate Ennis.>>156100142It was technically Warren Ellis that was the problem initially, since opened the doors to widescreen comics and a modern cynicism. Millar came in and started making money with adaptations. The Americans like Bendis, DiDio, and Quesada were a huge part of the problem regardless.
Apples and Oranges, OP.This is like posting a random Heckle and Jeckle comic and being confused as to why Americans make fun of shonen anime.
>>156101694Seethe, Ennisfag
>>156099990I'm not a fan of Granny Smiths meself.
>>156102990They're alright.
>>156099990They're the best comic book writers in the world.
>>156104153They're too sour for my liking
>>156100089LMAO now I get it!
>>156105254Sweet and sour is a good combo.
>>156099996I was about to say this guy was a blatant Uncle Fester knockoff, but from what I can find online his comic began in 1964 and the Addams Family TV series didn't air in the UK until 1965. (And I would doubt he was inspired by the original Addams comics)
>>156108344That's wild.
>>156108344Eh, there's the Dennis Incident, so it's not beyond the realm that "creepy fat bald man" was just something brewing the comic space as the time.
>>156099996This Anon wears a coat that's black and long.He doesn't know that it's all wrong.
>>156099996He was paraded in front of the cameras during his arrest.
