Mora's layouts aren't terrible for speech scenes or some other action bits, but for fights they tend to be very difficult to follow, yeah. With that said, nowhere near something uniquely his, it's a general issue with modern cape artists.

Mora mastered the westernized manga look alongside his colorist.Looking at this and then all of the marvel books shows how DC as image is so far ahead of the curve that marvel feels like a kiddie book stuck in the 90's
