My personal theory is that Lilith & Lucifer ARE Charlie's biological parents, but they had to involve Roo and make some kind of deal with her to conceive Charlie in the first place. I think there's a reason they never had any more children, whether that's because Lilith couldn't conceive, as suggested by some of her older mythological interpretations, or because Lucifer's swimmers simply weren't swimming, Being an angel might complicate things! Either way, I suspect they turned to Roo, an entity of Evil, for help, and naturally, her involvement in Charlie's creation would leave some trace of herself behind. That could explain why Charlie shares certain physical characteristics with Roo. So, in a sense, Charlie WOULD be Roo's child, but Lilith would still be her biological mother, both the Lilith we see depicted without visible eyes and the one shown on the card.I'm also really holding onto Erika's comments in Charlie's character card regarding Lilith, particularly the implication that she was cold, distant, and placed considerable pressure on Charlie. I feel it would be such a waste to establish those aspects of their relationship only to turn around and reveal that the person responsible was someone else entirely. As for Rosie, I actually lean toward her being a former angel, possibly even one of the Elders responsible for casting Lucifer out of Heaven. Although, admittedly, I keep circling back to the Lilith connection because there ARE some interesting similarities between them, (in the leaked episode, Rosie's powers were purple.) Rosie certainly has an appearance that could lend itself to a fallen angel, too.
