Man I need to treat my sleep apnea. My ex first told me about it nearly 10 years ago and I've been waking in the night a lot, sometimes gasping and/or panicked. My doc listened to my heart a few days ago and said it was fine. Oxygen levels were excellent. I've had plenty of blood tests done and sometimes my blood pressure is "slightly raised" when I'm stressed but other times completely healthy.
