Just got some bacon is this way too much fat? Should i return it ?
>>22268967>Should i return it ?Hell nah, that's literal Gold. There's also meat embedded within.Cook up a few slices, and take some photos please.Save those drippings too.You can literally make a Mayonnaise with such.
>>22268967Can you actually return food once you open it?As other anons have advised here when I had excessive bacon fat, cook it to render it down, then jar and keep it. It's essentially a salty smoked lard that's good for cooking with.
>>22268986Tf? Of course you can. How the hell do you think you can return produce? About the bacon, keep the grease to fry unhealthy poisonous bread to attract foxes and coyotes.
>>22268967>Should i return it ?are you stupid... I mean you are stupid.bacon fat is the best part of bacon.
Looks a bit lean.
>>22268986>It's essentially a salty smoked lardthere is no salt in rendered bacon fat. NONE. ZERO.
>>22268991
>>22268995You might need to get tested for covid
>>22268998no you stupid fucker. actually taste your bacon fat. it will not be salty. and covid affects smell not taste. idiot.
>>22269000Sit all the way down with your knees together and shut all the way up. Make no eye contact with anyone and breathe QUIETLY, only through your nose, boy.
No way, cook it crispy on a flat sheet pan and collect all that precious rendered fat
>>22269010taste your bacon fat you moron it is NOT salty. I have made rendered bacon fat from the saltiest bacon you can get and the rendered fat is NOT salty. IDK what bullshit you post actually taste it.
>>22269010AI... you are as stupid as your post.
>>22269016bruh. next time you make bacon, after you transfer it to the plate, before the fat solidifies, run your finger through the drippings in the pan and taste it. You don't get to reply any more until you've done this. Even after you've done it, you still don't get to reply. Just do everything you were told to do in the previous post.
>>22268967>Should i return it ?You can't, well you could but the store isn't gonna pay you back.
put it in a pan, cover it with water. when the water boils off the bacon will cook better than if you had put it straight in. trust me (tm)
>>22269017he is stupid but he's right. your sense of taste is almost entirely based on smell. that's why when you lose your smell you lose your taste as well.
