What do u think of my crepes? They're filled with Nutella
more like craps
>>22268521Rude
Previous dayFilled with sweet cheese and a bit of honey
I think I would like to eat them.
>>22268526Next time I'll share someThey're all gone now
>>22268518>What do u think of my crepes?they look ok.>They're filled with Nutellaruined because hazelnut tastes bad.
nutella isnt that greatTry making hazelnut chocolate mix and its completely different100g nuts, 100g powdered sugar, 200g dark chocolate, 40g butter mixed in a food processor
>>22268518Sounds OK a bit rich though - I would eat one or two but after that, it would get a bit sickly.
>>22268518In Britain we just call them pancakes and they are usually eaten with a squeeze of lemon and sugar sprinkled on them but I have just had a thought that a bit of Lemon Curd might work as a filling?
>>22268518A smidge over but they look nice otherwise. Your nice food deserves a nice plate for you to eat on.
>>22268518Use jam, I like apricot or plum jam. Or you can go honey + various nuts, or if you can get ground up plazma, a biscuit from Serbia, and add it to Nutella crepe.
I tried to fuck crepes once. They fall to pieces with any amount of friction so they were next to useless. I wouldn't recommend it.
>>22268644>nutella isn't great, instead just eat nutella plus unnecessary effort
>>22268518I wouldn't even steal them
>>22268730>plum jamBased plum jam chad. Also if you make sweet crêpes add cognac to the dough. Really adds nice notes to it.
>>22268766>25% sugar>50% dark chocolateNutella isn't even in the same country as that
>>22268518cram status?
>>22268812>The candy I make at home is better than the candy I buy at this store.Sure thing
>>22268824All gone>>22268630Hazlenut tastes great>>22268644Too much work. Would rather just eat the palm oil
>>22268838When half of the final product comes from a chocolate that you choose then yeah, retard, making it at home with decent quality ingredients will make it a lot better.
>>22268524I’m not a big Nutella eater anymore but this, this I would absolutely eat. Do you use a special crepe pan?
>>22268521HEY-O ITS SHIT ROLLS
I appreciate the effort but Nutella...?
>>22269978No, just a regular old nonstick pan that I use for eggs>>22269983It's tasty>>22268654Idk i guess you can fill them with anything>>22268647They're pretty rich>>22268655Thank you i like my plate too
>>22270021I wasn't paying that much attention and mistook your plate in the OP post for one of those paper plates with a similar design. Looking more closely at it yeah I agree, that's a pleasant plate.
>>22269705Here's the macronutrient breakdown of what you've just described. If you take the same serving size - 37 grams - of what your recipe is, compared to Nutella, what you're doing is an awful lot of effort for 7 grams less of sugar. Thats it. 7 grams. Thats not "a lot better"
>>22270072https://www.daringgourmet.com/german-nougat-rohmasse/#recipeits mostly that nutella is palm oil with sugar and some other minor stuff mixed in which makes a spreadable thing that doesnt necessarily feel great to eatits about the experience of eating it
My crepes, but with ethnic twistMexican cheese with hot sauce from Bell De Taco
>>22270078Terrible pivot.
>>22270072So you did the work of breaking down a nutrient profile, but you didn't for one second consider that there is value(both nutritionally and taste-wise) in using good quality dark chocolate over the bottom barrel stuff they use in mass-produced nutella, which just says "cocoa" as the 5th ingredient by percentage over anon's recipe that has it being #1.What happened during your early development to rob you of your critical thinking skills?>your recipeI am not that anon, I just wanted to point out how much of a retard you were.
>>22270083Oh yeah, all the "health benefits" of a few grams of dark chocolate in the homemade candy. What was said is objectively wrong. It's not a lot better. It's marginally lower sugar for lots of effort to make candy.
>>22270081That's a burrito dude
>>22270086Yes there are health benefits in using primarily good quality dark chocolate instead of just 5th-by-percentage "cocoa" of an unknown source(it's not high-quality and you even you won't disagree with this despite being a dishonest fag). Anon's recipe uses twice as much dark chocolate as sugar, while nutella uses more sugar AND more palm oil than cocoa(low-quality) by weight. Yes that is a lot better, and is so by the objective measurement of using much more dark chocolate by weight than nutella does. You're going to cope for the next 5-10 posts about how dark chocolate has no health benefits and how nutella is just as healthy for you as a homemade recipe using good-sourced ingredients that has more dark chocolate than sugar. I look forward to it.
>>22270091No dice my friend. I was professionally trained in the art of French cooking.
>>22270092Sorry you're so upset candy isn't healthy. Try to have a good day bro, gunna leave the thread now.
>>22270098My already good day got even better after seeing you cry like a bitch and leave the thread after getting proven wrong. Thanks for being such an objectively wrong clown and malding about it.
