I have to say, some of these aren’t bad. fresh veggies are kind of annoying to deal with at home and salad places always have a large variety. you can get a chicken caesar wrap that you’d never make at home.

not a bad way to get some veggies in you

the only veggie in there is lettuce which is not all that nutritious lol
I would make this at home, because it’s easy

Yeah absence g great food for you kids in the kitchen good job really is what you van by

Lettuce lasts much longer if you take it out of the shitty bag trapping moisture. I haven't tried keeping it in a shallow bowl with some water but it would probably last a very long time.
I typically go with salsa and cheese for my chicken wraps.

Most vegetables are nutritional voids. Root vegetables are all right but besides that you're getting a bit of Vit C and maybe some calcium.

Lettuce and other vegetables are a very good source of fiber, which is important in your diet and something a lot of people skimp out on.

If only every chicken caesar wrap looked that good.

it's pretty common knowledge that nutritious greens = cruciferous vegetables like kale and broccoli. plus spinach. although realistically almost any vegetable that isn't covered in oil is "good" for you. although people drastically underestimate the amount of vegetables they should be eating. 1 leaf of kale is not an adequate accompaniment to 2 pounds of meat.
