>>22262875Unironically dry rub. It has a more robust flavor and isn't just overly hot or sweet. I can feel that powder hitting my tongue between chews. Also if I want to enjoy the ranch having a dry rub instead of liquid saturation allows it to coat the piece more thoroughly and completely. With sauce it is hanging on by a thread.
