Has food science gone too far?
>>
I’m not interested in ice cream without the ice.
>>
>>22259654
looks like the shit i gave this morning
>>
use case?
>>
>>22259658
>looks like the shit i gave this morning
did you watch it and see if it stayed solid for 4 hours? That would be a tremendous piece of shit
>>
>>22259654
Turks already do this
>>
>>22259654
They already invented frozen dairy dessert that doesn't melt.
>>
>>22259661
cramming
>>

I can't think of one. Also they already have this commercially available in Japan. idk how old the OP image is. iirc it's also served at a considerably warmer temperature than normal ice cream since it doesn't melt.
>>
>>
>>22259658
Who did you give it to?
>>
>>22261524
he donated it to ice cream research
>>
>>22259654
>make whipped pudding/meringue/high viscosity stabilized foam
>call it ice cream
>>
>>22259654
>frozen desserts that doesn't melt
disgusting pajeet or pakispeak
>>
Gelato >>>> Ice cream

Ice cream is goyslop, gelato is for normal people
>>
>>22261565
$60 rye bread >>>>> rye bread
>>
Science officially went to far after they figured out the homing dildo.
>>
>>22261522
>Also they already have this commercially available in Japan.
bullshit, give me a name for that so called ice cream, I did taste all the combini available ones.
>>
>>22262583
They call it aisu kurimu.
>>
>>22261412
>ice cream
>ice cream japan!!!!
>>
How can anyone be against ice cream not melting. This is culinary progress and an objectively good thing for humanity.
>>
>>22262868
it's been said already but this shit will be an excuse to serve it at room temperature. it won't even be cold. that's the whole point of ice cream.
>>
I hate whatever they put in ice cream that keeps it soft. I remember you used to need some.power to scoop that shit. Now it's all like scooping cool whip.
>>
>>22262879
>I hate whatever they put in ice cream that keeps it soft.
It destroys your gut bacteria. I think it was primary made for restaurants, pure goyslop.

Maybe they could use this in Hollywood. I always feel bad watching actors eat what is clearly some kind of thickened Cool Whip type shit in ice cream scenes. It's just as sad as watching them drink warm water with those sunken prop ice cubes.

Just this week I noticed it in an old Twin Peaks episode and a Slow Horses episode. They've made no headway in prop ice cream technology in all those intervening years.
>>
doesn't melt in the air
won't melt in your mouth either
hope you like the sensation of dry oily goop lingering in your mouth and tongue.
I'm sure you do you little filthy slut.
>>
>>22262834
Pretty true considering pic related.
>>
>>22262834
This but unironically. The West has fallen. Japan is the last bastion humanity.
>>
>>22259836
Hahahahahahahahaha

The secret ingredient is BBC semen. Theyve got genetically modified fellas capable of producing litres of the stuff every day it's very impressive.
>>
>>22259654
Why would I want or need this
>>
>>22259661
if you made an ice cream but got really full halfway through scooping and want to save it for later
>>
>>22263300
>joe forgot how to hold ice cream
Sad.
>>
>>22259654
>no ice and no cream
false advertising.
>>
>>22264611
call it soft serve instead
problem solved
>>
>>22264035
imagine the fuckface of the bugman that gets "full" from ice cream
>>
>>22262868
Because its not ice cream, its just a bunch of emulsifiers.
>>
>>22259654
modern ice cream cannot be sold as "ice cream", instead it must be solid as "frozen dairy product" because of the stuff they put into it now to make it soft (vs the old kind that was always hard frozen)
>>
>>22262583
by commercial I meant restaurants. I saw a video of a guy eating it a long time ago and he said it was weird and warm. I have no interest in trying to find the video again but I think it was Japan Eat
>>
>>22259662
well I just looked out my window and it's still plopped on my neighbor's driveway a few days later
