Post artwork related to a certain subsection of Touhou fan dramas and the associated fandom The last attempt at a thread that I could find in the archives: >>4044646

>>4456876>The last attempt at a thread that I could find in the archives: >>4044646lol I made that threadevery reply was posted by me tooI don't know why I thought to make a cookie thread on /c/have you had better luck, OP? or am I the only other poster in this thread?
>>4458860>have you had better luck, OP? or am I the only other poster in this thread?Nope, it's just been me. I probably wouldn't have tried if that thread wasn't there
oh hey
>>>/jp/50925951>>>/wsg/6150361
Halfway to image limit
This will probably outlive the current /wsg/ thread too, so I'll just leave this here instead:>>>/wsg/cookie
Looks like a few pages worth of art have been posted on Danbooru over the past week. When I started this thread back in April there wasn't much new Cookie art getting posted there.
>>4458860>>4458866Well, there are at least 3 of us here now. :)I came from that /jp/ thread a while back./c/ is slower than /wsg/ and >>>/wsg/touhou is always a NYN thread, so maybe just link >>>/c/ookie there each time?If you post enough rat here, you should get decent traffic. The issue is that people don't even know that they're watching Cookie unless you explicitly tell them...
>>4463782Limit is 150?Almost 2/3 now, then.
>>4466314Nice.Sorry, I just post random stuff that I see - whatever's on my mind at the time, if I like the aesthetic. If you're looking for the freshest art, gomen.
>>4467475Maybe put something like this in the OP for the next thread?https://archived.moe/c/thread/4044646/#q4045950Rat is meta...
>>4467481Nice pics in that thread.
>>4467480>If you're looking for the freshest art, gomen. Not at all, whatever everyone feels like sharing is good. My personal focus has been on newer stuff and stuff which is reasonable quality but isn't on Danbooru, but if that was all I limited myself to then the thread may well have died by now. Don't get me wrong, Danbooru is great for finding Cookie art and the wiki pages are very helpful. I just didn't want to copy everything that got posted there and feel redundant.
>>4467561Gotcha.There is value in curation, though.Everything in /wsg/ is a NN or YT repost (yes, the encode has compression value), but people sifting through the massive amount of content and posting what they think others would like gives a different experience from just binging videos straight on NN and YT.
>>4467810Yeah, I agree with that view. Like I said, anything (on-topic and within rules) is good. The part about me saying what I try to post doesn't reflect my expectations on what I think everyone else should post. I'm interested enough in just seeing what anons have to share.
shit I completely forgot about this thread. Have something I commissioned long ago
>>4468997Nice, cute artwork. I've never commissioned anything before but I would imagine that Cookie commissions get less uptake from artists because of the reputation. Have you found that to be the case or do artists not really care?
>>4469331I have never been rejected a cookie commission. The bad reputation cookie gets is stupid and undeserved. Another commission of mine.
Marina no tanjoubi
>>4456876Oh, there is a Cookie thread at a place like this. Maybe I should post for a bit.
>>4469551Ah, I forgot!
>>>/jp/51163140>>>/jp/cookie>>>/wsg/6181599>>>/wsg/cookie
>>4470006Since we're including original characters
>>4471421>>4471422>>4471423/c/ute
>>4466224Yep.>>4469927>>>/wsg/6227547
Slightly contaminated with other memes/franchises, not just inmu
lolpp
And that's the image cap, after almost half a year. Dunno if I'll make another thread but I'll contribute if someone else wants to make one. I've been wondering how well a Cookie thread on a red imageboard like /e/ would work. There's a share of suggestive Cookie art but not a huge amount of explicit or full nudity stuff because it's not allowed on nicoseiga/shunga (rip). Then there's all the genderswapped RI art which I assume would have to be banished to /y/.
Nice, we hit it!This thread was fun! Thanks, guys!
>>4478203I'd be down for another /c/ thread some time in the future.Harder to link a /wsg/ thread to a red board and /wsg/ matches Cookie's main appeal well.Maybe after the current thread series hits p11 and newcomers have time to digest, someone else can start a new /c/ + /wsg/ combo.
