I'm still holding out for $40k to start buying. Every bear cycle bitcoin trades extremely flat for MONTHS until the hype for the next halvening starts. We still need a big player to crash. It won't be tether, those fuckers are invincible. I could see saylor getting margin called and whacked and everything market dumped.
