Our system assumes a certain level of emotional and behavioral state of the majority of the population. Just like I assume the guy walking behind me wont stab me with a knife. Sure he could, but generally muderous psychopaths dont roam the streets. If someone is gonna stab me usually their is a motive, an incentive, and a disincentive.

>>62822052I think the chances of a major attack are fairly high. Iran war will dictate the next economic order, so there's a lot on the line there and a lot of reason to attack the US power grid. AI can sniff out Jeet code instantly and find security flaws. Many banks outsourced and used jeet code. A lot of code was kept safe becasue people just cant be bothered to fuck with it, learn it all, just on the hope they find someting. AI can and will. So there's a lot of serious attacks going on right now. Not saying I believe 5%, but I mean, the house of cards could be coming down.
