I had to look it up. Have heard of it before but couldn't remember what it was exactly.
Is it really delicious? Never tried liver to be honest. We have our own beef butchered, should I be keeping the liver and eating it. I know some people do, but I have never really had the urge to even try it.

Yes, liver is great fried, I put kidneys in stews, and tripe is great in menudo.

Liver is good but most people don't like it because it doesn't have the usual taste you'd expect with meat. Same with offal in general like heart. Honestly I never got the aversion people have with eating organs and I live in a country with western style cuisine.
