An oblivious, naïve Martian would be easy for him to hypnotise. Plenty of Overwatch villains could be inserted into perils like these. Widow and Shion, as others have mentioned. Widow with the optical spider goggles or a toxin delivered via gas or a needle to break her target's will. Shion would use some Omnic software to give her eyes mesmerising qualities. She's quite violent and crazy, so she'd physically overpower her victim and pin them down before hypnotising them. Kiriko seems a likely target for her, given how much she hates her. Moira and Domina also seem potential candidates for having hypnotic science/chemicals/technology. If you want to go beyond female hypnotists, the new negroid vampire hero Doctrine definitely has hypnotic vibes. The threat of violence hanging over a mesmerised Kiriko adds to the danger. The Juno x Moira peril is nice too, I especially like situations where the hypnotist belittles the victim and mocks their mental fortitude. Moira might be interested in her for her Martian upbringing and physiology from having grown up in an extra-terrestrial low-gravity environment. For science. Started watching the Doomies, it's really good. Fills the void left by Gravity Falls. But there's this one girl, Kim. She's a stoic, anti-social badass who fights monsters. She ALSO has serious self-esteem issues because she's a homunculus created by a local crackpot who views her more like a tool than a person. More than once, whenever she's in life-threatening danger, she shrugs it off with a sigh and a "Whatever. It's not like I'm a real person, anyway."She seems tailor made to be hypnotized by a monster.
