The only people that like her have fallen for whatever fake narrative there is, have the most shallow reasons, or care more about propping her up to say they're winning a waifu war than wanting her to actually be a good character. And worst of all, every single character has a better dynamic with Subaru and are more worthy of being the heroine, Beatrice, Ram, Petra, Meili, Shaula, Crusch, Felt, Tanza, etc. Even fucking Otto and Julius mog her in terms of chemistry with Subaru. And they all have less screentime because Emilia eats it all up doing nothing since Tappei already thinks she's perfect. I could say so much more about how much her existence kneecaps the writing of this story, but then we'd be here all day.Remove Emilia and this series becomes better in every way, I'm not joking.
