The decision to write "October 31st at 12:01AM" was a terrible one. The santas should have gone with "October 30th at 11:59PM" which is far more difficult to misunderstand. People see October 31st and assume they have halloween to submit their lists. I got mine in weeks ago but this is a pretty rookie mistake deadline wise.
