My definition of NTR is very particular, I haven't watched any Dragon Ball, but I doubt I'd even consider that NTR, since it seems to imply the girl is just some whore who never had real feelings.
For me to consider something NTR, the feelings of the girl have to be real, and they have to wane solely because of some other guy's sexual appeal, since the contrast between innocent true love and vulgar sexuality that ends up overpowering the love is what makes people hate it.
I also don't consider stuff like Sasha chan NTR, because despite her having sex with guys other than the MC, and the MC even getting jealous, the sex never makes her feelings towards the MC wane.
