I really liked this series' art style and character designs, the girls especially. The brown girl with short spiky hair and her sister were especially hot. Too bad it felt too much like a mix of different existing shonen series, which made me drop it after the elf reawakening arc. Is it worth continuing?

By far the best episode so far in the season. I'm so glad they didn't crammed the entire battle against Lilith and Nahamah in a single episode and let things rest a little, even if some moments I feel would have been better with a slower pace (like the fusion of the twin devils, for example). Everything else from voice acting, animation and action scenes was on point. I don't really like Nacht, but his magic looked extremely cool (shadow powers are always badass) and they adapted his flashback well. Asta's entrance was nice as well and better than Noelle's one last episode. The twin devils are pretty creepy and menacing and they managed to make them pretty threatening, good job on the studio for that.Guess next episode is the ending of the twin devils fight and Magna vs Dante.

Anime #BlackClover #ブラクロ In episode 4 (episode 174) of "#BlackClover 2nd Season," I was in charge of the layout (LO) from the scene where the character yells "You've only gotten bigger" to the final scene.At the time I was working on this, it had been less than six months since I started my career as an animator. Still very inexperienced with much to learn, being able to participate in the final part of such a wonderful work feels, even looking back now, like a profoundly meaningful experience.Especially in the action scenes, I poured my all into each and every cut, thinking deeply about how to express the characters' movements, the intensity, and the overall flow of the scene. There were moments when I felt the difficulty due to my lack of experience, but it became a precious opportunity to learn and grow in many ways as an animator.I sincerely thank everyone involved in production who brought the wonderful visuals to completion, the director, the chief animation director, the cinematography director, the episode director, the cast, and all the staff. In particular, I am deeply grateful to the person in charge of the second key animation who transformed the LO I handled into such splendid visuals.Moving forward, I will continue to maintain a mindset of learning and keep striving to become an animator who can contribute to creating even better works.

Asta is self-explanatory.In contrast, Noelle's role in the arc was entirely centered around Vanica and Megicula specifically rather than the larger conflict within the kingdom. The only role she could have had in the Lucifero fight was as a punching bag like the captains who were there purely just to job. Tabata has never treated her like that and wasn't about to start in the Spade arc, especially when that would only have resulted in more complaints from the Noellefags. I'm telling you now, Noelle will not be included in the Lucifero fight as her omission from it in the manga was not a mistake or a product of rushing. She genuinely had no reason to be involved on a narrative level.The only character who arguably was missing from the Lucifero fight is William due to him being in the same position as Yami for the entire arc, but I can understand why that didn't happen because of Nacht's involvement.
