Clearly Araki has put an immense amount of effort into creating Howler into an unforgettable adversary. His stand referencing the final moments of Darkside of the Moon I think goes under a lot of people’s nose as extremely significant especially if this is the final part of jojo, the inclusion of the Eight I think is also very peculiar and make Howler just that bit more special.
